Yes, if the client is pleased with the service they have received. The recommended gratuity is 20%. A gratuity of any amount is completely up to the client.
Customers are encouraged to provide their own car seats or booster seats. If requested, FLXCS does have a car seat or booster seat available. Check with your reservation agent at the time of booking for availability. There is a $10.00 charge per seat request.
When booking your ride we will calculate a suggested pickup time based on your travel information. Pickup times are calculated from your specific location and take into account possible traffic delays. If you are a frequent traveler, have priority check-in privileges, or feel your pickup time is too early, we can adjust your pickup time to your preference.
Our grace period is defined as fifteen (15) minutes beyond the scheduled pick up time. Exceeding the grace period will result in wait time charges. Wait time will be charged at the hourly rate of the vehicle in fifteen (15) minute increments.
Any schedule changes/delays made within two (2) hours of the scheduled pick-up time will result in wait time charges starting at the scheduled pick-up time.
FLXCS is able to monitor all commercial flights. Wait time is not charged for any passenger arriving on a commercial airline.
FLXCS does not monitor private flights, therefore, wait time will be charged a incurred for any passenger arriving on a private plane that is delayed by more than 15 minutes.
Your driver will meet you or your client outside the arrival / baggage claim area of the airport . Please call 585.259.8945 after you have your baggage and the driver will be at the door within minutes.

Most wineries do charge a tasting fee, some do refund with a minimum purchase.
Most wineries limit groups to no more than 6 people. Some wineries do have special reservations available for larger groups. We will be happy to assist you with the details.

The average is about 45 minutes to an hour at each stop.
Most wineries open at 10:00am. Closing times are from 4pm to 6pm, with most closing at 5pm. Generally starting at 10am and ending around 4pm works well.
The average tour is three to four winery stops.
Each winery is unique but on average you taste 1 ounce of each wine they offer in a tasting flight. Most wineries serve between 4 – 8 wines per flight.
Certainly! Food and non-alcoholic beverages are allowed. NYS law prohibits open containers of alcoholic beverages in the vehicle.
Passengers can lawfully drink alcohol and possess open containers of alcohol in a passenger vehicle that is designed to carry ten or more passengers for profit or hire and operate pursuant to a permit or certificate issued by the New York or the United States Department of Transportation.
We do not currently offer vehicles that carry more than 7 persons, including the driver.
